Cancellation Policy

25% Late Cancellation Fee is STRICTLY enforced. ~ I understand that things happen (traffic, sick children, flat tires, etc.), however, when you are late... that in itself alters my entire scheduled day. Please take myself and other clients into consideration when scheduling. If you are not able to make it on time, please reach out. Thanks. 50% NO SHOW Fee is STRICTLY enforced. ~ You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 50% if you fail to show up at your appointment.
